My delicious wrap!!!! Here's what I did
1 P28 high protein wrap
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
Dash of paprika
...
Dash of ginger
1 tsp of low sodium taco seasoning
1 tbsp tapatio hot sauce
4 oz grilled chicken
Handful of spinach
Tomatoes
Onions
Mix all ingredients except chicken, ceggies, and the flat bread together to make a sauce. Spread the sauce onto the flat bread and add cooked chicken and veggies. YUM!!!
